본 발명은 기판 상에 용액 방식으로 CIGS 박막 형성하는 단계; 상기 단계에서 형성된 CIGS 박막을 용액 방식으로 셀렌화하는 단계; 및 비활성기체 분위기 챔버에서 열처리하는 단계를 포함하는 CIGS 광흡수층 제조 방법을 제공한다.
