- 본 발명은 역구조의 무연 페로브스카이트 태양전지의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 상세하게는 기판 상부에 P-type 금속산화물을 포함하는 정공수송층(hole transport layer, HTL)을 형성하는 단계(단계 1); 상기 정공수송층(HTL) 상부에 할라이드 유기 또는 무기 박막을 형성하는 단계(단계 2); 및 상기 정공수송층(HTL) 및 할라이드 유기 또는 무기 박막을 반응시켜 상기 정공수송층(HTL) 상부에 페로브스카이트 광흡수층을 형성하는 단계(단계 3);를 포함하는 역구조의 페로브스카이트 태양전지(Inverted perovskite solar cell)의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
