- Abstract
- 본 발명은 ZnS-ZnO 광촉매의 제조방법 및 이에 의해 제조된 ZnS-ZnO 광촉매에 관한 것으로, 특히 가시광선을 제한적으로 흡수하는 ZnO에 제2의 반도체 물질을 첨가하여 공침법으로 ZnS-ZnO 복합광촉매를 제조함으로써 반응체의 가시광 흡광도를 현저히 향상시킬 수 있고, 가시광선 하에서 오염물질들을 효율적으로 제거할 수 있으며, 가시광선 하에서의 수소생산, 공기정화 등에 응용할 수 있는 ZnS-ZnO 광촉매의 제조방법 및 이에 의해 제조된 ZnS-ZnO 광촉매에 관한 것이다.
