- Abstract
- 본 발명의 일실시예는 일체형 인공와우 및 그 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. 즉, 본 발명의 일실시예는 MEMS 기술을 이용하여 음향 감지부, 신호 처리부 및 전극 어레이부를 기판에 일체로 형성할 수 있다. 따라서, 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 일체형 인공와우는 싱글 칩 타입으로 하나의 모듈을 형성하여 제품의 소형화를 구현할 수 있고, MEMS 기술에 의해 일괄 공정으로 제조하여 대량 생산을 구현할 수 있다.
