- Abstract
- 본 발명은 니켈 퍼옥소 복합체, 이를 포함하는 활성 산소 전달체 및 이를 포함하는 친핵성 산화반응 속도 조절 방법에 관한 것으로써, 본 발명에 따른 니켈 퍼옥소 복합체는 O2를 안정적으로 사이드 온 배위결합으로 포함하고, 지지 리간드의 치환기의 입체 장애를 조절함으로써 친핵성 산화반응에서 용이하게 반응속도를 조절할 수 있으므로 O2를 활성화시키는 자연발생적 분자의 생체전이, 생체 이물의 산화 대사 및 산화적 인산화를 포함하는 다양한 생물학적 반응에서 원하는 반응속도를 가지는 금속효소 또는 생체분자의 모방물질로 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
