Abstract
본 발명은 EEF1A1 또는 UBE2L3에 대한 자가항체의 수준을 측정하는 제제를 포함하는 제1형 당뇨병 진단용 조성물, 상기 조성물을 포함하는 제1형 당뇨병 진단용 키트 및 제1형 당뇨병의 진단에 필요한 정보를 제공하기 위하여 EEF1A1 또는 UBE2L3에 대한 자가항체를 검출하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에서 제공하는 EEF1A1 또는 UBE2L3에 대한 자가항체를 이용하면, 제1형 당뇨병의 발병여부를 특이적으로 진단할 수 있으므로, 보다 효과적인 당뇨병의 치료에 널리 활용될 수 있을 것이다.
