- Abstract
- 본 발명은 진공챔버; 상기 진공챔버 내에 설치되어 있고, 내부에 액정을 수용하며, 일측에 적어도 하나의 개구부를 가지는 액정 보트; 및 상기 액정 보트에 결합되어 수용된 액정의 휘발을 막기 위해 상기 개구부를 개폐하는 커버;를 포함하는 액정 진공주입장치와 이를 사용한 액정 진공주입방법을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따르면 액정의 진공주입공정에서 진공펌핑 중 중합재료의 휘발을 막으면서 액정 성분, 특히 PDLC 조성비의 변화없이 균일한 대면적 PDLC 셀을 진공주입 방법으로 제작할 수 있다.
