본 발명은 페달; 상기 페달과 연결되어, 상기 페달의 높이를 조절하는데 필요한 구동력을 제공하는 모터 및 상기 모터에 설치되어, 적어도 하나의 펄스를 출력하는 센서를 포함하는 페달 구동부; 및 상기 펄스의 전환수를 계산하여 상기 모터의 회전수를 계산하고, 상기 모터의 회전수를 기초로 상기 페달의 이동 거리를 계산하며, 상기 펄스의 주기를 측정하여 주기의 변경 시 이를 이상 신호로 판단하는 제어부;를 포함하는 자동차 전동 페달 제어장치를 제공한다.
