- Abstract
- 본 발명은 패턴 인식을 이용한 영상 정보의 차원 일치 장치 및 방법에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명에 따른 패턴 인식을 이용한 영상 정보의 차원 일치 장치는프로젝터에 의해 특정 영역에 투사된 패턴을 촬영하여 영상이 획득되면, 획득된 영상에서 패턴을 검출하고, 검출된 패턴의 영상정보와 프로젝터에 의해 특정 영역에 투사된 패턴의 영상 정보 간 차원을 일치시키는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 3차원 깊이정보 영상을 생성하기 위해 서로 다른 장치에서 획득된 영상을 패턴 매칭 하기 전 패턴을 표현하는 영상정보의 차원을 일치시킴으로써, 패턴 매칭을 용이하게 할 수 있고, 이로 인해 켈리브레이션 단계를 거치지 않고 3차원 깊이정보 영상을 생성할 수 있으며, 구조광 기법을 사용하는 다양한 장치에서 깊이 정보 영상을 생성하는데 다양한 분야에서 이용될 수 있다.
