본 발명은 운영체제의 알람 관리방법 및 그 장치로 알람 리스트를 만료 시간이 짧은 순서대로 정렬하므로 알람의 사이클값과 틱 카운트값을 비교하여 불필요한 알람은 제거하고 필요한 알람만을 체크한다.
