본 발명은 물결형태의 외벽을 포함하는 반도체 나노와이어 및 이를 포함하는 광대역 광흡수체에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 물결형태의 오목부 또는 볼록부가 주기적으로 형성되고, 상기 오목부 또는 볼록부에 의한 광대역 파장에서 광흡수 특성이 향상된 반도체 나노와이어 및 이를 포함하는 광대역 광흡수체에 관한 것이다.
