- Abstract
- 본 발명은 무표지 3차원 금속 나노 밀집체 동기화 표면증강 라만산란법을 이용한 단백질 검출방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 단백질의 검출방법은 어떠한 표지도 연관되지 않고 표면처리된 3차원의 금속 나노입자 밀집체를 이용하여 단백질의 선택적 반응을 유도하고 이를 표면증강 라만산란법을 통해 0.01 ng/mL의 매우 낮은 농도 단위로 측정하여 검출할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
