Abstract
본 발명은 태양전지용 광흡수층의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로 기판 상에 보호층을 형성하고 보호층 상에 중간층을 형성하고 중간층 상에 전구체층을 형성하고 열처리하여 고품질의 광흡수층을 제조할 수 있는 태양전지용 광흡수층의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
