Abstract
전계발광소자 및 그 제조 방법이 개시된다. 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 전계발광소자는 제1 투명 기판, 투명 기판 상에 형성된 제1 전극, 제1 전극 상에 형성되고, 형광체 분말을 함유한 프리폴리머 조성물에 UV 광을 조사하여 형성된 발광층 및 절연층, 상기 절연층 상에 형성된 제2 전극을 포함한다.
