- 본 발명은 엘라스틴 유사 인공세포외 기질에 형성된 3차원 세포 군집체를 이용한 체외독성시험방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 세포-세포간 상호작용을 고려한 체외 독성시험방법으로, 이로 인해 종래의 체외 독성시험보다 실제 체내 독성시험결과와 유사한 결과를 갖는 체외 독성시험방법에 관한 것이다.
