Abstract
본 발명은 인체에서 분리한 단백질로부터 제2형 당뇨병의 초기 병인을 확인할 수 있는 진단용 바이오마커에 관한 것이다. 구체적으로, 본 발명은 초기 제2형 당뇨병과 관련된 단백질 마커에 관한 것으로서, 초기 제2형 당뇨병에 대한 바이오마커 또는 진단키트로서 유용하게 사용될 수 있으며, 또한, 치료제 발굴을 위한 스크리닝 표적으로 사용될 수 있다. 이러한 개발에 의하여 나아가 심혈관계 합병증 및 미세혈관합병증 등의 만성 대사 합병증을 예방하는 효과를 기대할 수 있다.
