Abstract
본 발명은 나노 와이어 소자를 제공한다. 상기 나노 와이어 소자는 반원 구조를 가진 도전성의 나노와이어; 상기 반원 구조의 상부면 배치된 제1 전극; 및 상기 반원 구조의 하부면에 배치된 제2 전극을 포함하고, 상기 제1 전극과 상기 제2 전극 사이에 전압을 인가하여 상기 나노 와이어의 양단에 흐르는 전류를 제어한다.
