Abstract
웰니스 컨텐츠 추천 장치 및 방법이 개시된다. 웰니스 컨텐츠 추천 장치는 사용자 단말로부터 활동량 정보를 수신하고, 상기 수신한 활동량 정보를 이용하여, 설정된 시간 주기별 활동량 수치를 분석하는 인터페이스부와, 상기 분석 결과, 활동량 수치가 가장 높은 제1 시간 주기를 확인하고, 상기 제1 시간 주기를 고려하여 웰니스 가이드 컨텐츠를 작성하며, 상기 작성된 웰니스 가이드 컨텐츠를 상기 사용자 단말에 제공하는 프로세서를 포함할 수 있다.
