- Abstract
- 결함 허용 장치가 개시(disclose)된다. 이 장치는 신뢰 범위를 결정하기 위한 임계치를 산출하는 예측부; 적어도 하나의 입력치가 상기 신뢰 범위에 속하는지를 검출하는 검출부; 및 상기 검출된 결과에 따라, 상기 입력치에 대응하는 출력치를 결정하는 결정부를 포함하고, 상기 예측부는 이전의 출력치를 이용하여 현재의 입력치에 대한 예측치를 산출하고, 상기 예측치 및 이전의 출력치를 이용하여 상기 신뢰 범위를 결정한다. 따라서, 신뢰성이 보장되는 시스템을 제공할 수 있다.
