- 본 발명은 양친매성 멀티 제미니 고분자, 이를 포함하는 약물전달체, 이의 제조방법 및 양친매성 멀티 제미니 고분자 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 좀 더 구체적으로 설명하면, 이황화결합(-S-S-)을 포함하는 양친매성 멀티 제미니 고분자를 약물전달체로 사용함으로써, 약물전달체 내 약물이 타켓 세포에 흡수된 후 신속하게 마이셀 분열이 이루어져 약물이 타겟 세포에 흡수되는 속도를 향상시킬 수 있는 발명에 관한 것이다.
