| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 엘라스틴 유사 인공 세포외 기질을 이용한 인공 췌장소도의 배양방법에 관한 것으로서, 엘라스틴 유사 인공 세포외 기질을 플레이트에 코팅하는 단계; 상기 플레이트 상에 남은 용액을 제거하는 단계; 및 상기 용액이 제거된 플레이트에서 췌장세포를 배양하는 단계를 포함하는 인공췌장소도 배양방법을 제공한다. 상기 엘라스틴 유사 인공 세포외 기질은 아르기닌-글리신-아스파르트산(Arginine-Glycine-Aspartate; RGD)-엘라스틴 유사 폴리펩타이드(elastin like polypeptide; ELP)인 것을 특징으로 한다. 또한, 상기의 배양방법에 의해 배양된 인공췌장소도를 제공한다. | - |
