fNIRS 기반 발달장애인 장애 진단 방법 및 장치를 제공한다. 이러한, 장애 진단 장치는 피험자부터 fNIRS 데이터를 수집하는 데이터 수집부, 상기 수집된 fNIRS 데이터를 이용하여 특성 데이터를 추출하는 특성 추출부, 및 상기 추출된 특성 데이터를 이용하여 상기 피험자에 대한 장애진단을 분류하는 장애 진단부를 포함한다. 특히, 장애 진단 장치는 fNIRS 기반으로 ADHD 및 자폐증, 간질 등을 띄는 발달장애인에 대해서 인지기능, 언어기능, 사회성기능, 운동능력기능, 일산생활기능에 관한 문제를 보다 정확하게 진단할 수 있다.
