- Abstract
- 전이금속 칼코겐(TMDC) 나노분말의 제조방법 및 이를 이용하여 제조된 열전체에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 전이금속 칼코겐 나노분말의 제조방법은 냉간압축 및 열처리 단계를 포함하는 제조방법으로, 이를 통하여 간단하고 용이하게 전이금속 칼코겐 나노분말이 제조될 수 있으며, 상기 전이금속 칼코겐 나노분말은 육방정계 결정구조를 가지고, 격자진동을 구현하여 낮은 열전도도를 나타내므로 열전발전용 열전체로 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
