- Abstract
- 본 발명은 다공성의 금속 할라이드 박막 또는 후막 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 상기 제조방법은 태양전지의 효율을 높일 수 있는 다공성 구조를 갖는 금속 할라이드 박막 또는 후막을 제조할 수 있는 새로운 방법을 제시한다. 다공성의 금속 할라이드 박막 또는 후막 제조방법은 다공성 금속 할라이드 박막 또는 후막을 통해 반응 후 잔여 금속 할라이드를 최소화할 수 있으며, 습막 상태의 금속 할라이드에 대기 중 수분이거나, 외부에서 수분을 분사하여 수분을 공급함으로써 금속 할라이드 박막의 기공 정도를 제어할 수 있어, 잔여 금속 할라이드가 남는 것을 방지함으로써 고효율 태양전지를 합성할 수 있는 매우 유용한 기술이다.
