Abstract
본 발명은 초음파를 이용한 손가락혈관 패턴인식 장치에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 미세가공 기술로 제작된 초음파 트랜스듀서에 폴리머층을 부가한 혈관 패턴인식 장치로 손가락의 혈관 패턴을 측정하고, 측정된 혈관의 패턴을 패턴 이미지로 변환하여 보안시스템의 인증수단으로 활용하기 위한 초음파를 이용한 손가락혈관 패턴인식 장치를 제공한다.
