본 발명은 양친매성 고분자, 이의 제조방법, 및 이를 포함하는 기능성 복합체에 관한 것으로서, 좀 더 구체적으로 설명하면, 자성나노입자와 컨쥬게이트된 양친매성 고분자를 암치료용 기능성 복합체로 사용함으로써, 암치료 효과를 향상시킬 수 있는 발명에 관한 것이다.
