- Abstract
- 본 발명은 CIGS 박막 태양전지의 제조방법 및 이의 방법으로 제조된 CIGS 박막 태양전지에 관한 것으로, 상세하게는 금속전극이 증착된 기판상에 안티몬(Sb)층을 형성하는 단계; 상기 안티몬(Sb)층 상에 구리(Cu), 인듐(In) 및 갈륨(Ga) 금속 전구체층을 포함하는 제1 박막층을 형성하는 단계; 상기 제1 박막층 상에 셀레늄(Se) 및 황(S) 금속 전구체 중 적어도 1종을 포함하는 제2 박막층을 형성하는 단계; 및 상기 형성된 안티몬(Sb) 층, 제1 박막층 및 제2 박막층을 열처리하여 갈륨(Ga)이 균일하게 분포된 CIGS 흡수층을 형성하는 단계;를 포함하는 CIGS 박막 태양전지의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
