| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 타우 단백질을 포함하는 알츠하이머 중증도 진단용 조성물 및 이를 이용한 알츠하이머 중증도의 진단방법에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로 본 발명에 따른 알츠하이머 중증도 진단용 조성물에 포함되는 p-타우 단백질은 중도 알츠하이머 환자에서 연령 일치 대조군 및 경도 알츠하이머 환자 대비 유의적으로 증가하고, 경도 알츠하이머 환자에서 t-타우 함량에 대한 p-타우의 함량 비율은 연령 일치 대조군에 비해 유의하게 증가하며, 중도 알츠하이머 환자에서 t-타우 함량에 대한 pSer202 및 pThr205의 비율은 경증 알츠하이머 환자 대비 상당히 증가하고, 중도 알츠하이머 환자에서 t-타우 함량에 대한 pThr181의 비율은 연령 일치 대조군 대비 상당히 증가함으로써, 상기 조성물은 알츠하이머 중증도를 효율적으로 진단하는데 유용하게 사용될 수 있다. | - |
