Abstract
본 기재는 기판, 기판, 제 1 전극, 광흡수층, 버퍼층, 윈도우층, 제 2 전극을 포함하며, 상기 제 1 전극과 광흡수층의 계면에 MxSy또는 MxSey의 화합물층(여기서, M은 금속이며, x 및 y는 자연수임)이 존재하며, 상기 MxSy또는 MxSey의 화합물층의 두께가 150 nm이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 박막 태양전지에 관한 것이다.
