Abstract
본 발명은 우주 방사선 환경 변화에 따른 OBP 위성의 정보 처리량 변화 예측 방법 및 예측 장치에 관한 것으로, OBP 위성 모뎀의 시스템에 SEU의 발생을 완화 및 수정하는 단계; 완화 및 수정을 이용한 오류 수정을 통해 SRAM 기반 FPGA에서 발생하는 누적 오류율을 계산하는 단계; 및 상기 완화 및 수정하는 단계에 적용되는 파라미터 및 수학적 모델을 통해 OBP 시스템의 성능을 예측하는 단계를 포함한다.
