- 일 실시예에 따른 현미경 시스템은, 케이스; 상기 케이스 내에 배치되어 시료를 배양하는 인큐베이터 유닛; 상기 케이스 내에서 상기 인큐베이터 유닛의 하부에 배치되어, 상기 시료에 대하여 광을 조사하는 광원 및 상기 광원에서 조사된 광에 의해서 상기 시료에 대한 이미지를 획득하는 카메라를 포함하는 현미경 유닛; 및 상기 케이스 내에서 상기 인큐베이터의 상부에 배치되어, 광을 이용해서 시료의 활성을 조절하는 광유전학 조작 유닛;를 포함할 수 있다.
