- Abstract
- 본 발명은 알츠하이머 질환 발병 개체의 후각적 인지수준이 저하되는 향기물질을 포함하는 알츠하이머 질환 진단용 조성물, 상기 조성물을 포함하는 알츠하이머 질환 진단용 키트 및 상기 조성물을 이용하여 알츠하이머 질환 진단에 필요한 정보를 제공하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 알츠하이머 질환 진단용 조성물을 이용하면, 종래의 알츠하이머 질환 후각 진단에 사용되는 향기물질의 종류를 확장시킬 수 있으므로, 보다 효과적인 알츠하이머 질환의 진단 및 치료방법의 개발에 널리 활용될 수 있을 것이다.
