| dc.description.abstract | 고체산화물 연료전지용 슬러리의 제조방법 및 이에 의해 제조된 고체산화물 연료전지용 슬러리가 제공된다. 구체적으로, 공명 음향 혼합을 이용하여 슬러리를 제조함으로써 공정 시간을 단축시킬 수 있고, 이에 의해 제조된 슬러리는 분산도가 높아 테이프 캐스팅 공정 수행시의 슬러리 뭉침 현상이 발생하지 않으며, 낮은 표면 거칠기를 가질 수 있어, 이를 채용하는 전지의 품질을 향상시킬 수 있다. | - |
