- Abstract
- 본 발명의 일실시예는 인공시냅스 소자 제조방법을 제공한다. 이때, 상기 인공시냅스소자 제조방법은 기판 상에 제1전극을 형성하는 단계, 상기 제1전극 상에 제1저항변화층을 형성하는 단계 및 상기 제1저항변화층 상에 이리듐(Ir)전극을 형성하는 단계를 포함할 수 있다. 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 인공시냅스 소자 제조방법에 따라 인공시냅스 소자를 제조할 경우, 필라멘트 대신 산소공공을 형성하여 제조되는 인공시냅스 소자의 저항산포를 감소시킴으로써 상기 인공시냅스 소자의 신뢰도를 향상시킬 수 있다.
