Abstract
힘센서 모듈은 샤프트와, 샤프트의 적어도 하나의 단부가 외부로 돌출되도록 샤프트를 지지하는 케이스와, 샤프트의 외측에 결합되며 샤프트에 대해 회전 가능한 외측 링을 구비한 베어링과, 베어링의 외측에 위치하도록 케이스에 배치되어 샤프트가 이동함에 따라 베어링과 접촉하여 변형함으로써 신호를 발생하는 복수 개의 제1 센서유닛을 구비한다.
