Abstract: 본 발명의 일 실시예는 음극재료를 제공한다. 이러한 음극재료는 리튬 티타늄 산화물계 입자 및 상기 리튬 티타늄 산화물계 입자 상에 위치하는 질소가 도핑 된 그래핀 양자점 코팅층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 할 수 있다.
