| dc.description.abstract | 임베디드 시스템이 개시된다. 본 시스템은, 관리 서버, 촬영 장치 및 조명 시스템과 통신을 수행하는 통신부, 조명 시스템으로 2D 영상 촬영 제어 신호 및 3D 스캐닝 영상 촬영 제어 신호 중 적어도 하나의 제어 신호를 조명 시스템에 전송하도록 통신부를 제어하는 프로세서를 포함하고, 프로세서는, 전송된 제어 신호에 따라 조명 시스템에서 검사 대상 물체로 출력된 광에 기초하여 촬영 장치로부터 획득된 2D 영상 및 3D 스캐닝 영상 중 적어도 하나의 영상을 통신부를 통해 획득하고, 관리 서버로부터 딥러닝된 검사 인식 모델을 획득하며, 획득된 딥러닝된 검사 인식 모델 및 획득된 영상에 기초하여 검사 대상 물체의 이상 유무를 식별한다. | - |
