- Abstract
- 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 전류 공급 장치는 온도가 증가함에 따라 증가하는 차동 전압 및 온도가 증가함에 따라 합성 저항값이 증가하는 저항 회로를 이용하여, 온도에 따라 변화하지 않는 전류를 생성할 수 있다. 전류 공급 장치는 완전 차동 구조를 이용함으로써, 공급 전압과 독립적인 차동 전압을 생성할 수 있다. 전류 공급 장치는 문턱 이하 영역에서 작동하는 FET를 이용하여, 전력 소비를 절감할 수 있다. 전류 공급 장치는 저항 회로의 합성 저항값 및 차동 전압간의 비율을 이용하여 전류를 공급하므로, 생산 공정에 무관한 온도변화를 가지고 온도에 독립적인 전류를 생성할 수 있다.
