| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 trp-1 및 trp-2 유전자 또는 상기 유전자로부터 코딩되는 단백질을 포함하는 보행이상 관련 증후군 예방 또는 치료용 약학적 조성물에 관한 것이며, 또한 상기 trp-1 또는 trp-2의 돌연변이 유전자 또는 이의 단백질을 보행이상 관련 증후군의 진단 마커로의 용도에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 trp-1 및 trp-2 유전자의 발현 및 활성을 촉진시킴으로써 보행이상 관련 증후군의 예방 및 치료 용도로 이용할 수 있고, 상기 유전자의 돌연변이를 보행이상 관련 증후군의 진단 마커로 유용하게 이용할 수 있으며 이를 통해 상기 질환을 신속하고 정확히 진단하는데 활용될 것으로 기대된다. | - |
