Abstract
본 발명은 비귀금속-하이브리드 Z형 CZTS-ZnO 광촉매 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 좀 더 구체적으로 설명하면, CO2를 CH4로 광전환 효율을 크게 증대시킬 수 있는 광촉매로서, CZTS나노입자가 ZnO 나노막대에 로딩되어 형성된 비귀금속-하이브리드 Z형 CZTS-ZnO 광촉매 및 이를 제조하는 방법, 나아가 이를 이용하여 CO2를 CH4로 광전환시키는 방법에 관한 것이다.
