- 본 발명에 따른 교환 바이어스 필드 설정방법은 서로 접하여 계면을 이루는 강자성체층과 반강자성체층의 자성 적층체; 및 상기 자성 적층체의 상부 또는 하부에 위치하는 압전체층;을 포함하는 헤테로구조체에 교류 전기장 및 외부 자기장을 인가하여 교환 바이어스 필드를 설정한다.
