Abstract
본원은 야생형대비 열민감성이 증가된 돌연변이 UDG를 개시한다. 본원에 따른 돌연변이 UDG는 높은 열민감성으로 PCR 반응의 저해 효과가 없어 PCR/qPCR PreMIX의 개발은 물론, 특히 낮은 melting 및 amplification step 이 필요한 실험에 보다 적합한 UDG 적용 PCR 진단 키트 개발을 가능하게 한다.
