- Abstract
- 본 발명은 금속 물질과 황화금속 물질로 구성하고 있는 전구체를 황화-셀렌화 열처리를 통하여 5 원계 화합물의 광흡수층 박막 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 유연기판용 단일 광흡수층 제조 방법은, 흡수층 내의 별도의 희생층의 삽입 및 레이저 또는 화학적인 방법을 사용한 lift-off 방법과 같은, 추가의 박리 공정 없이도, 후면 전극층과 광흡수층 사이를 용이하게 분리할 수 있는 바, 외관과 기능에 손상이 없는 유연기판용 단일 광흡수층을 제공할 수 있고, 이로부터 보다 향상된 성능의 유연 소자 또는 박막 태양전지가 제공되는, 유용한 효과가 있다.
