본 발명의 바람직한 일 실시예로서, 신호자극및측정장치는 전기자극신호를 생성하는 전기자극생성부; 신경 조직의 전기적 반응이 포함된 레코딩신호를 측정하는 신경신호측정부; 상기 레코딩신호를 디지털출력신호로 변환하는 아날로그신호변환부; 상기 전기자극신호와 상기 디지털출력신호로 변환된 레코딩신호를 동기화하는 동기화부; 동기시점을 이용하여 상기 전기자극신호와 상기 디지털출력신호로 변환된 레코딩신호를 기초로 상기 신경조직채널을 추정하는 채널추정부;및 상기 동기시점에서 상기 전기자극신호와 추정된 신경조직채널을 기초로 아티팩트를 재현하고, 상기 재현된 아티팩트를 상기 신경신호측정부에서 측정한 레코딩신호에서 제거하는 아티팩트처리부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
