금속 복합 소재; 및 상기 금속 복합 소재에 분산된 필러를 포함하고, 상기 필러는 0.4 T 이상 자기장의 인가에 의해 일방향으로 배향되어 있는 것이고, 상기 필러는 탄소 계열, 옥사이드(oxide) 계열, 니트라이드(nitride) 계열, 및 이들의 조합들로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 물질을 포함하는 금속복합 방열 기판이 개시된다.
