- 단일 세포의 운동성 분석 방법 및 장치가 개시된다. 일실시예에 따른 단일 세포의 운동성 분석 방법은 하나 이상의 세포에 대한 입력 영상을 수신하는 단계, k-평균 알고리즘에 기초하여, 입력 영상에서 대상 영상을 추출하는 단계, 대상 영상에 기초하여, 제1 마커를 결정하는 단계, 제1 마커에 기초하여, 제2 마커를 결정하는 단계, 제1 마커와 제2 마커에 기초하여, 대상 영상을 수정하는 단계, 및 수정된 대상 영상에 워터쉐드(watershed) 알고리즘을 적용하여 입력 영상에 포함된 단일 세포에 대응되는 출력 영상을 획득하는 단계를 포함한다.
