Abstract
본 발명은 산소발생반응(OER; oxygen evolution reaction) 전극에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 OER 전극은 제1활성금속 기재(substance); 및 나노미터 오더(nanometer order) 내지 101 나노미터 오더(101 nanometer order)의 직경을 갖는 미립자들이 불규칙적으로 응집되되, 불규칙한 응집에 의해 다공성을 갖는 표면층;을 포함하며, 상기 미립자는 제2활성금속을 함유하는 수산화물이다.
