본 발명은 백금 나노입자가 광증착된 그래핀으로 랩핑된 블루 티타니아 복합체에 관한 것으로서, 좀 더 구체적으로 설명하면 CO2 광전환시, CH4 보다 활용도가 높은 C2H6로의 전환율을 증대시킬 수 있는 복합체, 이를 제조하는 방법 및 이를 이용한 CO2의 선택적 광전환 방법에 관한 것이다.
