Abstract
미아세교세포의 후각수용체 마커 및 이의 용도에 관한 것으로, 일 양상에 따른 미세아교세포의 후각수용체 마커 및 이의 용도에 의하면, 후각수용체 Olfr110 또는 Olfr111의 단백질의 활성 수준을 측정하여 미세아교세포를 검출할 수 있고, 이를 이용하여 미세아교세포의 후각수용체 리간드를 선별할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 상기 후각수용체와 2-PF의 상호작용 억제제를 신경 염증질환 또는 뇌수막염의 치료에 사용할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
