| dc.description.abstract | 세포간 동기화 분석 방법 및 장치가 개시된다. 일 실시예에 따른 세포간 동기화 분석 방법은 복수의 세포들에 대한 입력 영상을 수신하는 단계, k-평균 알고리즘에 기초하여, 입력 영상에서 대상 영상을 추출하는 단계, 대상 영상에 기초하여, 제1 마커를 결정하는 단계, 제1 마커에 기초하여, 제2 마커를 결정하는 단계, 제1 마커와 제2 마커에 기초하여, 대상 영상을 수정하는 단계, 수정된 대상 영상에 워터쉐드(watershed) 알고리즘을 적용하여 입력 영상에 포함된 상기 복수의 세포들이 단일 세포 단위로 분류된 출력 영상을 획득하는 단계, 출력 영상에 기초하여 복수의 세포들 각각의 운동성 정보를 획득하는 단계 및 운동성 정보에 기초하여, 복수의 세포들 사이의 동기화 특성을 결정하는 단계를 포함한다. | - |
